You can taste our local cheeses and Italian excellence combined with wine and homemade bread by us, accompanied by Giuseppe, master refiner, and Andrea.

The small ripening of cheeses
The flavours and fragrances that emerge from our dishes can be found in our cheese cellar next to the small shop, where the excellence of the territory, Italian and otherwise, are brought together.
The cheeses on offer are the fruit of careful research that the Castagna family has been carrying out for over 60 years.
In the company’s cellars in Ornavasso, the secrets of the art of cheese-making are handed down from generation to generation. Today, Giuseppe Castagna wants to share with guests his passion for selecting unique cheeses, the fruit of the craftsmanship and knowledge of the old mountain dairymen, which for years has characterised and given value to the family business known throughout the world as a synonym for quality and professionalism.
Theme nights will be periodically organized as well as courses with experts; our purpose is to share with our guests a unique experience, in which the dairy secrets and much more will be at your disposal to bring you closer to our small and fascinating world.
